What is CAD FIRST?
Helping young engineers to visualize their thoughts about machines in a graphical form.
CAD FIRST is a mission undertaken by the BSRC for spreading the advantages and awareness of using CAD to visualize interesting designs in young innovative minds.
How will we do it?

We conduct a CAD session for the students of classes 6 and above online in our school every fortnight.

We teach 70-100 students the basic functions of CAD such as sketch, extrude, revolve etc. on an easy and free CAD modeling software called PTC OnShape.

We assign 3-5 tasks for the children which they complete and submit a screenshot within the next 24 hours.
CAD Challenges
We conduct a CAD challenge for our students after every 7 sessions of teaching CAD. We divide our students into two groups i.e., junior section which includes classes 6 to 8 and the senior section which has students from classes 9 to 12.
